While most women love jewelry, the truth is that most of them really have a couple of go-to pieces and leave the rest scattered on their dresser or inside their drawers. Because your pieces are not very organized, you only end up wearing a few that you remember you own. It comes as no surprise that most women have tangled bracelets and necklaces that are hardly usable. If you plan to finally do something about your tangled jewelry, here are some quick jewelry organizer ideas that you can do on your own.

Recycle old painting frames
Look for frames that you can attach your burlap, ribbon, or corkboard. All you need to do is to secure the material to the frame using a glue gun, and you are all set. Fish hook earrings can be displayed using any of the materials, however, only the corkboard can handle stud earrings. If you want the frame to be more multi-purpose, you can also drill small screw-in hooks on the side of the frames to hang necklaces. Feel free to paint on the frame or embellish it with cloth flowers.

Use old muffin tins and ice molds
In the spirit of getting crafty, you can also go to swap meets and garage sales to check out antique items that you can use as an organizer. Beautiful vintage ice molds and muffin tins that are no longer safe to use to bake muffins or make ice can be used to store your earrings. You may find that a quick trip to your attic or garage is all you need to do to find your new jewelry organizer. Of course, you can always decorate it in the style that suits your room best. If it is pretty banged up or rusty, feel free to paint it over or add other embellishments that show off your own personal style.

Find out what mens jewelry is in, what to buy for a loved one and more! People often associate the term “jewelry” with something a woman possesses and covets. Yet for centuries mens jewelry has been fashionable and popular among elite and average men alike. Kings and Pharaohs in ancient times wore jewelry as a symbol of power and prestige. Whether a member of a tribe, team, work group or family many men wore rings as a symbol of their belonging or achievement.

Jewels and jewelry have been coveted since the beginning of time, as symbols of power, richness, beauty, commitment and even pride. Just as princesses and Queen’s of old fell under the spell of sparkling gems, so too have men fallen under the tempting promise a precious metal offers.

Finding quality mens jewelry isn’t difficult at all. More and more consumers are turning to the internet, buying mens jewelry online rather than in traditional department stores. The benefits of buying mens jewelry online are obvious. A consumer can browse thousands of unique and detailed selections, from mens wedding bands, bracelets, watches and more. Why not shop from the comfort of your home?

The signet ring is defined by the dictionary as a ring with letters or a design carved on it. To completely understand the signet ring we have to understand what a seal is. Popular dictionaries describe seal as a figure impressed in wax, clay, or some other medium, or embossed on paper, with the purpose of authenticating a document. The word signet has its origins in latin word signum meaning sign. The system of wearing rings and using them as a seal has come primarily from Europe where these are made either in gems or in metal. Typically these were in gem stones.
